Individual Running Programs 

If you're looking to begin a running program, take your training to the next level or fine-tune your current routine to reach new goals, we have a plan that can be customized to suit your needs. See below for descriptions of the coaching services we provide. Keep in mind, nutrition evaluation and counseling services can also be added onto any of our coaching services at a discounted price! 

Face-to-Face coaching - If you live in San Diego County, and you would like to have a personal coach to help you through your runs, this is the service for you. This type of coaching will involve 1 run per week (1 hour or less), with me, at your pace. The first month will include an in-depth, in-person evaluation as well as a detailed training plan with instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. Based on your plan, we will run 1 of your scheduled workouts (1 hour or less ) together per week throughout your training program. In addition to the weekly runs, there's unlimited communication through email and text messaging. Runners will also receive information about nutrition, hydration, discounts on running gear and more. This plan is ideal for the beginning runner that needs extra attention, through the more experienced runner looking for a more detailed, personal experience. Regardless of your ability level, this type of coaching will provide you with the opportunity to work individually with a coach and have your specific needs addressed while you are running. 

If you don't live in the San Diego area, you can still have "Face-to-face" coaching. We will have weekly check-ins through phone and/or video chat (FaceTime, Skype, etc.) for up to an hour each week. In addition to the weekly check-ins, there's still unlimited communication through email and text messaging. This is a great opportunity for anyone that wants a more detailed, personalized coaching experience. Whether you need extra motivation, more specific guidance or just want the support, you will get everything you need to reach your goals as successfully as possible. Price: $215 for the first month, subsequent months $190. 

Online coaching with face-to-face consultation - If you live in San Diego County, and you would like a more personal experience, we can schedule meetings throughout your training plan. The first month includes a full, in-person evaluation as well as a detailed training plan with instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. In addition, there's unlimited communication through email and text messaging in between your monthly in-person meetings. Runners will also receive information about nutrition, hydration, discounts on running gear and more. 

If you don't live in the San Diego area, you can still have the "Face-to-face" experience each month. We will have monthly check-ins through phone and/or video chat (FaceTime, Skype, etc.) for up to an hour each month. In addition, there's still unlimited communication through email and text messaging. Price: $150, subsequent months cost $125 per month including one face-to-face (in-person or phone/video chat) consultation and/or run together. You may switch to online coaching in subsequent months ($100 per month). 

Online coaching - We all lead busy lives. But that doesn't mean we can't still receive personalized training. This type of coaching will involve communication that is primarily done by phone/text and email. The first month of coaching includes an initial phone consultation (approximately 30-60 minutes) and a full training plan with detailed instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. In addition, there's unlimited communication through email and text messaging. Runners will also receive information about nutrition, hydration,discounts on running gear and more. Most clients choose online coaching because it fits their schedule perfectly! Price: $125 for the first month, subsequent months $100. 

Small Group Coaching - If you have some friends that are interested in coaching, we can set up a group training program. This type of program can be done in-person for those in San Diego County, or online. Regardless of the method, each member of the group will receive an initial consultation and a full training plan with detailed instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. Runners will also receive information about nutrition, hydration, discounts on running gear and more. Price: For Online Group Coaching, $75 for the first month, per person, subsequent months $60 per month, per person. For In-person Group Coaching, $100 for the first month, per person, subsequent months $85 per month, per person. There is a 3-person minimum for all groups. 

Training Plans - If you just want a training plan for a specific race, we can develop a training plan geared towards your specific goals and needs. Runners will also receive information about nutrition, hydration, discounts on running gear and more. The price for a training plan includes a consultation to determine your current fitness level, health/injury history, and running goals. Prices vary based on training plan length and race distance. 

Nutrition evaluation and counseling services can also be added onto any of our coaching services at a discounted price!
