We'll help you build strength, improve your fitness and add variety to your current routine, helping you to become a stronger runner and reduce your likelihood of injury. ​Program Logistics: We will meet Sunday mornings at 8:00am beginning April 17th. We will meet in the upper parking lot at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas! We will then use ALL of Moonlight Beach for our program - the parking lot, the playground, the beach! Prepare to get a little sandy! 

Our program incorporates strength training exercises that rely on one's own body weight for resistance. You don't need fancy equipment, gyms or gimmicks to get fitter and stronger. All you need to do is come dressed comfortably in workout clothes and running shoes with a yoga mat, some water and a positive attitude! We will meet at 8:00am, do a short strength circuit to warm up the muscles, head out for a short run (up to 3 or 4 miles, depending on your current fitness level) and return for more strength training. This program is designed to compliment your current routine or give you the kick you need to get started with a more consistent running program. 

Participants will have unlimited contact with the coach, receive email newsletters, discounts on running gear, product samples, and a technical t-shirt, as well as informational seminars on nutrition, injury prevention and much more!
