Whether you are new to strength training, coming back from a hiatus or an experienced athlete, our program is designed to help you build strength, improve your fitness and add variety to your current routine. Our classes will help challenge you to reach new heights in a fun, supportive environment! If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you.

What: 5-Week Strength Training Program
When: January 10 - February 7, 2016
Where: Moonlight Beach, Encinitas
Time: Every Sunday at 8:00am

Program Logistics: We will meet Sunday mornings at 8:00am beginning January 10th. We will meet in the upper parking lot at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas! We will then use ALL of Moonlight Beach for our program - the parking lot, the playground, the beach! Prepare to get a little sandy! Our program incorporates strength training exercises that rely on one's own body weight for resistance. You don't need fancy equipment, gyms or gimmicks to get fitter and stronger. All you need to do is come dressed comfortably in workout clothes and sneakers with a yoga mat, some water and a positive attitude!
